Privacy policy
Updated 29 October 2026
This page explains what personal data the MMA Center club website collects, why, who sees it, how long it's kept and how to have it deleted. The policy follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Ihor Prokhvatilov, founder and head coach of MMA Center. For any question about your data, message or call us:
- 21 Valentynivska St, Kharkiv
- +380 97 287 64 37
- Telegram: @mmacenterukraine
- Instagram: @mmacenterukraine
2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the sign-up form yourself:
- your name
- your phone number
- the format (group, one-on-one or online), the group or discipline and the class you picked
- who will train — you or a child, and the child's age
We don't ask for a child's name, documents, health data or payment details.
The website itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: it uses no cookies or other browser storage and doesn't identify individual visitors, and it shows us only totals — how many visits there were, which pages were opened, which website people came from, their country and device type.
Like any servers, the hosting provider's server and the Cloudflare network (see below) may record the IP address, time of request and browser type in their technical logs, and Cloudflare may also set a technical cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks. We don't use this data to identify you.
3. Why
To get in touch with you, book a trial or a session, find the right group or format and answer your questions. We send no newsletters or ads and never sell data.
4. Legal basis: your consent
By sending the form, you consent to this data being processed for these purposes. If you're signing up a child, the form is filled in and consent is given by a parent or another legal guardian.
You can withdraw consent at any time: message or call us and we'll delete your request.
5. Who sees your data
Only the coach and the club's administrators see your request. The club's Telegram bot tells them a new request has come in, and they open it in the club's app inside Telegram. It's stored on a server the club rents from a hosting provider; the server is in Finland (EU).
The website runs through the Cloudflare network, which protects it from attacks and speeds up loading. So everything sent between your browser and the website, your request included, passes through Cloudflare's servers.
The club's server is in Finland, and Telegram and Cloudflare are foreign companies, so the data is processed outside Ukraine. By sending the form, you consent to this transfer.
We share the data with no one else, except where the law expressly requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep a request for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you ask, we'll delete it sooner.
7. Third-party services on the website
Some parts of the website load from other services, which see your IP address under their own rules:
- YouTube video: the player loads only when you click the video and runs in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com)
- product photos in the store come from the Shopify servers of our partner Good Boys Club
The map in the footer is a plain image made from OpenStreetMap data; Google Maps opens only when you click it. Links to Instagram, Telegram, YouTube and the partner's website lead to those services, and their rules apply there.
If you message us on Telegram or Instagram or call us, we see what that service shows: your name, username or number. Store orders are also placed in a Telegram chat.
8. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:
- know what data about you we process, why and who receives it
- get a copy of it within 30 calendar days of your request
- have the data corrected or deleted
- object to the processing and withdraw your consent
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court
To use any of these rights, message or call us — the contacts are at the top of this page.
9. How we protect the data
Only the Telegram accounts of the coach and the club's administrators can open the requests: the server checks who is opening the app and shows them to no one else. The bot's messages contain neither your name nor your phone number. The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
10. Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new update date.
